Hello! I am a Berkeley student waitlisted for Stat 157. Any resources for me to prepare over winter break before the course starts? What should be important/helpful to review/learn, assuming all prerequisites are met through courses?

Go bears! You might want to check out the following resources if you have some experience with deep learning/machine learning and deep learning frameworks i.e you’ve taken CS 189 or higher.

I’m not sure what the pre-reqs for the course is but if you haven’t taken CS 189 then it might be a good idea to review past 189 course websites, lecture notes etc. especially the neural networks portion in the final third of the class.
