GluonCV`s AlphaPose model license

Hello,
I know both GluonCV’s AlphaPose and GluonCV’s pretrained AlphaPose model are implemented by MXNet.(https://github.com/dmlc/gluon-cv/releases)

I’d like to use AlphaPose for commercial purposes. Original AlphaPose has many limitations for commercial use, therefore I have some questions.
I want to know a few things:-
1.What kind of license is GluonCV’s AlphaPose model under(AlphaPose’s original licence or GluonCV’s own)?
2. As OG AlphaPose license(MJIV-SJTU) has many limitations, I wonder which takes precedence?
3. If the pretrained model is MXNET`s own implementation of MJIV-SJTU’s paper, shouldn’t the license be reset?
